Age limit
This site is written for adults. You must be at least twenty-one years old to read the operator reviews and to click through to any sign-up page, in line with the minimum age most US states apply to real-money online casinos. If you are under that age, close the page: the content here is not for you, and nothing on this site should be read as an invitation to gamble by minors.
Acceptance
By reading our pages you accept these terms as they stand on the day you visit. We can change the wording later if a rule in the US review industry shifts or if an operator we cover changes its own terms; the version you accept is always the one shown when you open the page. If a change is material, we leave the previous version linked at the bottom of the page for thirty days.
Governing law
Disputes about this website are handled under the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes about the operator belong between you and Card Crush: we can escalate on your behalf but we are not a court, we cannot force a payout, and our review is an opinion rather than a legal finding. If you believe an operator has broken its own terms, the complaints page explains how to raise it with the right regulator.
Contact
Questions about these terms should go to legal@card-crush.net with the subject line "Terms question". We confirm receipt the next business day. Please do not use the general support address for legal requests: the queues are separate and legal mail goes straight to the reviewer who maintains this page.
What this site is not
card-crush.net is not an operator, is not licensed to accept wagers, and does not hold player funds. We are an independent review desk. If a page on this site looks like a casino lobby, that is a design decision for a comparison table, not an invitation to bet. Signing up to a casino is a decision between you and the operator.
Intellectual property
The reviews, comparison tables, charts and photographs on this site are written and taken by our editors. You may quote up to two paragraphs with attribution and a link back; full copies without permission are not allowed. Operator logos, game thumbnails and provider marks are used under fair-use review conventions and remain the property of their respective owners.
