Response time

We read incoming mail twice a day on US business days, usually around 09:00 and 16:00 Eastern Time. A first reply arrives within one business day for most messages; corrections to a page we have already published, or reports that an operator has broken a term, are handled first and usually answered on the same day. Weekend queues are cleared on Monday morning, so a Friday evening message may wait up to seventy hours before you see a reply. We do not use a chatbot and we do not have a phone line: everything goes through email so there is a written record, which matters when you ask us to change a review. Automated replies are reserved for messages that look like press releases or SEO outreach, and those are deleted without further handling. If your request is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will push it to the top of the queue. During public holidays the desk is unstaffed and the queue builds up for the next working day; expect the first reply on the following Tuesday after a long weekend. We do not keep a shared inbox: every message is read by a human editor, and threads stay with that editor until the issue is closed, so you will not have to re-explain the context to a second person halfway through.

Business inquiries

Operators who want their current terms checked, screenshots refreshed, or a factual error corrected should write with the exact page URL and the specific line in question. Attach a public source where possible: a terms-and-conditions snapshot, a help centre article, a press release. We do not accept paid placements, paid rankings, or guest posts, and we do not take ownership stakes from operators we cover. Affiliate partnerships are negotiated separately through our media kit, which we send on request; the rate card is standard across the brands we rate at the same tier, and it does not buy editorial control over the score or the write-up. Press agencies pitching unrelated verticals, SEO services, or link exchanges will not receive a reply. If you represent a regulator, a problem gambling body, or a consumer protection office, flag it in the subject line and we move your mail straight to the editor on duty rather than through the general queue. Journalists asking for quotes on the US casino market are welcome; attribution is to the editorial desk unless the writer agrees otherwise, and we can usually turn around a short written comment inside two business days when a deadline is attached.

How to reach us

Write to hello@card-crush.net. Use the subject line to flag what the message is about: data correction, user report, business, press. If you are a player and your issue is with the operator rather than with our review, start with Card Crush support directly and attach the ticket number when you contact us; we can escalate on your behalf once there is a paper trail. For problem gambling concerns, do not wait for us to reply: the US helpline on 1-800-GAMBLER is open twenty-four hours a day, and the responsible gaming page lists state-level services. Do not send bank statements, government ID photos, or password-protected attachments: anything with personal data should be redacted before it reaches us, and we delete original copies within fourteen days of closing a thread. Everything you send is handled under the privacy policy on this site. The desk cannot help with password resets, account closures, or document verification at the operator — those requests have to go through Card Crush support with your account email and will not be processed on our side.
